Chicken and Lemon Curry

Chicken is full of the essential amino acids needed to make body building protein.
Ingredients
• 8 pieces skinless chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces each
• 3 gloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 thinly sliced onions
• 1 small red and green pepper cut in strips (blanch lightly)
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/4 t pepper and 1 tablespoon curry powder and turmeric powder
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 lemongrass stalks, cut into 2 cm pieces
Procedure
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a deep fryer. Add garlic, onion, lemon grass, chicken pieces, fish sauce, pepper, curry and turmeric powder, and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk, mix it well and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add strips of red and green pepper for garnishing.
