Ingredients:
Brown ground beef or pork in a wok or skillet until brown. Drain off most of the excess fat.
Add chopped onion and (if using) bean sprouts and mushrooms. Add Kikkoman, Mirin and sugar. Sprinkle with ground pepper.
Pour beaten eggs over the beef. Add chopped green onions. Broil until eggs are done, OR turn beef mixture over, much like turning over a pancake.
- Ground beef or pork, 1 lb to 1 ½ lb
- 1 medium-sized white onion, sliced lengthwise
- Mung bean sprouts (optional)
- Button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- Approx. ¼ cup Kikkoman soy sauce
- Dash of Mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4-6 eggs (depending on amount of meat), beaten
